OPENING OF MEETING / CALL TO ORDER

This special meeting of the CCC, in coordination with the Trustee Burkard, shall be led by the Village Administrator / Clerk.

BUSINESS FOR DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION

• Calendar: Organizing calendaring or other scheduling and communication options for CCC members.
• Contract: Review of the current contract used for CC rentals and discussion and possible action in recommending changes for the village to adopt into an updated contract, including the review of rental pricing.

• Management Discussion: A discussion on ideas for organizational, leadership, or management options for improving outcomes related to the Community Center.  The possibility a change to CCC chairmanship, to formally creating a CC Caretaker role, and/or the village aiding with the creation of an independent Community Center “Friends Group” to function as an independent 501(c)3 non-profit organization will be included in the discussion.

The next regular meeting of the CCC is scheduled for April 20, 2021 at the Community Center.
