“A Team with a Heart” volunteer group wishes the Village of Newburg a Very Merry Christmas and many Blessings for the New Year!

This past year brought us many unwelcome surprises. COVID, losses in income, and many families had to go without just to pay their bills. “A Team with a Heart” was able to help 33 local families to enjoy a Holiday meal. This year’s menu was: Turkey, mashed potatoes, corn and green beans, stuffing, gravy, roll with butter, cranberry sauce, and homemade pie.

Each item was prepared by “A Team with a Heart” and delivered warm to our residents. In 2021 we are also adding an Easter meal to be delivered on Palm Sunday, March 28th, 2021. If you know anyone that needs some personal attention, we will try to make that happen.

Thank you again to Barb, Sandy, Jenny, Deb, Diane, Kathy, and Lonna for being so generous.
