OPENING OF MEETING / CALL TO ORDER
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
BUSINESS FOR CONSIDERATION
- Suspension of the Rules to make any necessary accommodations for attendance by video chat, and any other accommodations necessary to carry out the business per the agenda.
- Discussion and possible action on public access to Village Hall during the COVID-19 pandemic “flatten the curve” and “shelter in place” efforts.
- Discussion and possible action on identifying personnel and activities necessary to continue during the COVID-19 pandemic “flatten the curve” and “shelter in place” efforts, including the conversion of key management personnel from hourly to salary pay, and opportunities for staff to work remotely or without interpersonal interaction.
- Discussion and possible action on alleviating burdens caused by the COVID-19 economic crisis, including addressing due dates and late fees for permits, recycling, and sewer bills.
SOCIAL DISTANCING NOTICE: Due to complying with state directives to limit the size of public groups, and to help society reduce the spread of COVID-19, the number of persons in physical attendance of this meeting will be limited to 10, which is mostly comprised of the committee membership or staff. In order to provide access to the public, the village will offer the option of attendance or observation through video/audio meeting coordination software called Zoom.
